Meet Vithushan, your Pilates instructor in Toronto

I spent over a decade as a software engineer at tech companies like Spotify, Instagram, and Duolingo. And like most of my colleagues, I started developing poor posture and movement patterns. Tech neck. Rounded shoulders. Back pain. Tight hips. The kind of pain and imbalances that compounds over time.

One day I jumped directly from a Zoom meeting into a boxing fitness class which resulted in a shoulder injury. I started working with a physical therapist and they recommended I incorporate Pilates into my recovery.

The results were undeniable. I quickly became pain free and just as importantly, I was having fun doing it. The hardest part of doing your Physio exercises is being consistent and it's much easier to be consistent when you're having fun.

I became a Pilates instructor to help people live pain-free and have fun doing it.

Working with a Physio?

I'll build your Pilates plan around their prescribed exercises so your sessions reinforce your recovery, not compete with it.

No Experience Needed

Even if you've never set foot on a mat or reformer, you'll learn how to modify each exercise so the load on your body is just right. Just enough to help you grow but not too much that you get injured.
